1. Q: How can I get your price list?

A: Your inquiry will always be highly appreciated,please send your inquiry via email or WhatsApp, tell us the product you need and we will reply you within one day; or you can call us directly at any time.


2. Q: How could I get samples?

A: For some certain pipe expanders,we can provide for free. For some machines,we would like you to pay the shipping fee. 

Regarding to the shipping fee,you can pay us before send out or you can make freight collect,if you place order with us later,you can deduct the amount in your payments.


3. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.


4.Q: What are the payment terms?

A: T/T is available. Paypal/Western Union are also acceptable. 50% deposit and 50% balance before delivery.


5.Q: What's your FOB port?

A:Our delivery port is FOB Shanghai.


6.Q: How to place an order?

A: Before you place order with us,we will send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination port.
2) Product information - model numbers, quantity.
3) Delivery time required
4) Forwarder's contact details if you would like to nominate the forwarder in China

7.Q:Can you supply OEM service?
A:Of course,we welcome OEM order.


8.Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A: Yes you can. Logo can be printed on our products or the package (custom design package),please send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.


9.Q: Can I customize your product?

A:Yes,if you want the product beyond the specification we listed ,please send the detailed specification you need and we can customize for you.


10.Q:How long is the leadtime?

A:Generally speaking,the delivery time for the products is within 15working days. For more complicated items, 30 days. The accurate leadtime is depend on the quantity and the specification you need.


11.Q:How to inspect the goods?

A:We usually arrange in-line inspection and final inspection by ourselves' professional QC team,third party inspection is also acceptable.


12.Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?

A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or air.
