The electric tube expanding machine is composed of a tube expanding machine and a digital display control instrument, which is matched with a mechanical tube expanding machine. The main working principle is that when the electric tube expander drives the tube expander plugged into the tube hole to rotate clockwise, because there is a certain rotation Angle between the expansion bead of the tube expander and the tube, the tube expander moves forward along the axis of the tube while rotating. In addition, the tube expander is thin in front and thick in back, so that the expanded tube is gradually expanded in the rolling of the expansion bead and closely connected with the hole wall of the tube plate. In the process of tube expansion, with the continuous expansion of the tube expander, the rotation provided by the tube expander also increases, and the motor current of the tube expander also increases. After sampling the current of the digital controller and amplifying the analog-to-digital conversion, the digital display of the actual working current is made. After the comparison between the comparator and the pre-set expansion value, the controller controls the motor to stop automatically when it reaches the set value. After the delay interval of the delay circuit, the controller automatically drives the tube expander to reverse counterclockwise, so that the tube expander begins to loosen. When the release time reaches the pre-set exit time, the controller disconnects the motor power supply of the tube expanding machine, and the tube expanding machine stops, thus completing a tube expanding process.
In actual use, the tube can be expanded in batch by adjusting the set value of the expansion tube and its exit time. And it can ensure that the expansion rate of all tube heads (expansion degree) is completely consistent.
