DRE series flanged tube expander

This expander has a self-feeding design, which allows the expander to maintain parallelism and expand stably during operation. A single expansion can make the metal tube extend out of the tube sheet and be flanged to 15° with the center line of the tube. The expander will reserve 1/4″ (6.35mm) outside the plate when expanding the metal tube, and there will be no burrs on the inner wall of the tube after the expansion is completed. The mandrel cap is equipped in front of the mandrel, making the expander, mandrel and drive more integrated.
