In order to improve the labor productivity of boiler, petrochemical, locomotive and ship, light industrial machinery manufacturing, installation, repair engineering, reduce labor intensity, our factory launched the SBM-38, SBM-57, SBM-76 electric tube grinding machine.

Application: This machine is used for boiler, petrochemical exchanger, condenser, locomotive and ship light industry machinery manufacturing, installation and repair of pipe outer diameter polishing rust.

Structure:

1. The motor is three-phase asynchronous motor, the shell is aluminum alloy, the handle is die-cast by engineering plastic, with light weight, safe operation and other characteristics.

2. The grinding head is composed of a centrifugal arm and a special sand block, which is convenient for replacement, unloading and replacement of sand blocks.

3. The frame is made of cast steel parts, composed of host guide column and self-centering vice, which is light to use.
