In addition, the reaction of the expansion tube head is offset by a special torque balance table, so that the operator only needs to gently support the expansion tube handle of the drive shaft, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.

Working principle

In the process of tube expansion, with the continuous expansion of the tube expander, the rotation provided by the tube expander also increases. When the comparator is compared with the pre-set tube expansion value, the controller controls the motor to automatically stop running through the delay interval of the delay circuit when reaching the set value, the controller automatically drives the tube expander to reverse counterclockwise, so that the tube expander starts to release until it stops. Then follow the set pause time. The controller then drives the expansion machine to carry out the next expansion process. You only need to turn on the forward button once.
