Composition
Radiator gas liquid tube expansion machine is composed of three parts, electric control part, gas drive booster system, expansion connector. The electric control adopts Siemens PLC control. The gas drive supercharger system uses two special liquid superchargers for the high pressure tube expansion machine. The pressure can be increased quickly, and the pressure increase time within 25mm diameter and 5m length can reach the predetermined pressure within ten seconds.

Operating principle
The hydraulic tube expander used in domestic hydraulic expansion technology is composed of high-strength alloy steel core rod and imported elastic rubber resistant to high pressure, integrated design, can withstand ultra-high pressure without the use of seals, easy to use, high work efficiency, working principle is shown in the figure. It uses the high-pressure hydraulic pressure provided by the pipe expansion machine to apply the radial pressure generated by the high-pressure elastic rubber body to expand the pipe plate. When the ultra-high hydraulic pressure enters the high-pressure elastic rubber body through the high-strength alloy core rod, the high-pressure elastic rubber body generates radial pressure, which is enough to make the pipe material plastic deformation, so as to realize the expansion between the pipe and the tube plate.
