YZJ-B-5 350MPa Hydraulic tube expander machine is developed by our company, which is specially used for rapid and high-strength expansion of tube plate and heat exchange tube. The system is composed of hydraulic power station, high voltage connection electronic control transmission system and expander. The main pressure of the system is oil pressure, and the working pressure of the expansion tube is water pressure. The requirement of accurate expansion tube can be achieved by adjusting the working pressure of the expansion tube.

2, Expansion working pressure can be arbitrarily set in the range of 0-350Mpa.

3, Mitsubishi programmable controller is used to control, pressurization and depressurization are automatically completed, easy to operate.
