There are thousands of heat exchange pipes inside the heat exchanger, and the connection between the heat exchange pipe and the tube plate adopts argon arc welding. Due to the large thickness of the tube plate, it is impossible to completely weld the hole between the tube plate and the heat exchange pipe, and there is a gap. The wall of the heat exchange tube is thin and slender, and the coolant has a certain pressure, which is easy to cause the tremor of the heat exchange tube. For a long time, the welding joint is easy to break off welding. To prevent this accident, it is necessary to eliminate the gap between the tube plate and the heat exchanger (0.3mm-0.4mm). The gas-liquid pipe expansion machine is used to solve this problem.
The gas-liquid pipe expansion machine makes the pipe elastic and plastic deformation by high pressure expansion technology. In the process of pipe expansion, the outer diameter of the pipe is attached to the inner diameter surface of the tube plate hole, and the tube plate should also undergo elastic and plastic deformation. When the pressure is released, the elastic recovery of the tube plate is greater than that of the tube, so that there is a very strong and uniform bond at the joint.
